Contact our support team and determine the details to perfect your fit. Tailor Store will issue a remake free of charge, and make sure to store every detail on your profile to ensure replicable results for future orders.
2. Have your garment altered locally
Send us a note of the alterations and a photo of the receipt. We’ll save the alterations to your profile to ensure replicable results for future orders and provide you with a store credit.

With our game-changing fitting samples, you're guaranteed a amazing fit from the very start. All alterations are made in the fitting garment before the final suit is made.
Please keep in mind that you're not entitled to the free remake guarantee if you purchase a suit, suit jacket, waistcoat, blazer or suit pants. In these cases, your fit is guaranteed using a fitting garment.

To put it short, it’s exactly what it sounds like. A fitting sample is used to ensure that the fit is on point before the final product is produced. The fitting sample is created using raw cotton canvas, which gives it its signature simplistic look. With this process, you’re guaranteed a amazing result while getting the opportunity to provide your feedback before your final garment is produced. Since the sample is made for you only, we’d love your personal thoughts and feedback, this is where the fitting sample comes in handy. The fitting sample is included in the pricing of the suit.
Alterations are needed, what do I do?
In need of some alterations to your suit? No problem at all! Whether the sleeves are a bit too long or the waist could use a little more tapering, we've got you covered.
Our alterations policy allows you to have the suit altered conveniently at your local tailor, We'll even reimburse you for their services.
Just make sure that your tailor is confident that they can complete the necessary alterations within the budget listed below.

How much does Tailor Store reimburse for local alterations?
We offer reimbursement for alterations to online orders.Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.
- Two-piece suit €70
- Three-piece suit €90
- Jackets or blazers €45
- Suit trousers €25
- Vest €25
Please ensure your tailor is confident they can complete what’s necessary within the allotted amount before having the work done. If not, please do not proceed with the alterations and contact us so we can discuss an alternative.
